BWW & Company Inc. is a family-owned and operated general engineering construction company, founded in 1987 by Bobby Wayne Wilson Sr., who serves as our Honorary President. The story behind our company’s inception is rooted in a moment of integrity. While working on a job site, Bobby was asked to do something that compromised both the quality of the work and his personal safety. In that moment, he realized that the only way to uphold his values and deliver work of the highest standard was to start his own company. So, he did.

 

What began as a vision from one man soon blossomed into a family endeavor built on faith, love, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Today, Bobby’s legacy continues through his wife, and his children. 

 

Our company operates just like our family: with a sense of pride, love, and a shared vision. Much like flipping through the pages of a wedding album, our story is a beautiful collage of passion, hard work, and dedication—intersecting ideas and values that span generations. It's a blend of family working together, building relationships, and challenging one another to grow, all while maintaining that timeless American spirit of independence.

 

Bobby’s experience working as a foreman for other contractors gave him insight into the industry, but he quickly realized that with his vast knowledge in concrete, underground utilities, and earthwork, he could do things better. Forming BWW & Company allowed the family to pursue the freedom of obtaining work based on quality and expertise, creating spaces that serve and enrich communities.

 

As a company, we hold a profound respect for builders—the ones who create the spaces where people live, work, and grow. We believe there will always be a place for builders, and we’re proud to be part of that tradition.
