BWW & Company Inc. is a family-owned, general engineering Corporation operated, construction company. It was founded in 1987 by President and CEO Bobby Wayne Wilson Sr. after he was working on a job site and was asked to do something that compromised the integrity of the work and his personal safety. Wanting to hold himself to a higher standard he realized the only way to make that happen was to start his own company... So he did. Bobby Wayne Wilson is our Honorary President as of November 2022. Mary Wilson is now the CEO and President of BWW & Company Inc., along with TR Wilson as Vice President and Project Manager on each contract.

Mary Ferne Wilson
CEO and President
Mary Wilson studied and passed the A License Exam and the Business & Law Exams in April of 2023 to continue her husband's legacy and the business they built together since 1987.
Mary Wilson received her degree in business from Santa Barbara Business College. She began her career as a legal secretary in 1976 and later worked in customer service in the travel industry. Keeping in line with customer service Mrs. Wilson made it a priority to put her public relations skills to use when her husband formed his company (BWW & Company) in 1987.
Mrs. Wilson is part of the day-to-day operations of BWW & Company Inc. including but not limited to contracts, bids, payroll, and site management. She appreciates hard work and strives to live up to the excellence she believes BWW & Company Inc. delivers to each and every customer.
Having been an accomplished athlete in high school, Mary understands the benefits and importance of teamwork. Raising four children successfully, she recognizes the elegance it takes to walk the delicate balance between career and family; knowing that it calls for heart, dedication, drive, and an unwillingness to give up even in the face of fatigue. She brings this kind of tenacity to every element of her life, whether it is work, family, or community outreach. An avid crafter, Mary Wilson is active in local craft fairs and crocheting blankets for her grandbabies.

TR Solomon Wilson
Vice President and Project Manager
TR Wilson has 18 years of experience in the construction industry as a laborer, operator, foreman, and project manager. He is able to delegate work to others and take charge of projects from beginning to completion.
After 2 years as a foreman, he was promoted to Project Manager. In this role, he oversees larger and more complex projects, which may also include overseeing the foreman on multiple projects. He is responsible for daily log sheets detailing employee hours, subcontractors onsite, and managing the scheduling of materials, supplies, or equipment needed throughout the project(s). He also reviews labor reports and subcontractor pay applications to track their performance.
He is a people person by nature; able to work well with people at all levels while under pressure for deadlines and changing priorities. Hardworking, passionate, with good interpersonal skills, reliable, and eager is what made TR a shoo-in for the VP position at BWW & Company, Inc.
